Rekha Sharma

Rekha Sharma is a seasoned Finance and Accounts professional with over 16 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and compliance. She currently serves as Finance and Accounts Coordinator at HomeNet South Asia Trust, where she oversees financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and statutory compliance across multiple projects and entities. In her role, she also manages financial planning and coordination with auditors, international partners, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.

She brings strong expertise in financial reporting, bank reconciliation, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance, including TDS and GST. Before joining HomeNet, she worked with Alps Industries Limited and Zillion Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd., gaining experience in MIS reporting, cost analysis, accounts payable/receivable, and SAP-based financial systems.

She holds a B.Com degree and a PGDBA in Finance from Symbiosis University, Pune, and is known for her precision, reliability, and collaborative working style.
