Richa Macsuedon
Richa Macsuedon is a social development professional with over three decades of experience across grassroots organizations, international NGOs, and the United Nations. She currently serves as Senior Programme Coordinator and has previously worked with organizations including URMUL Trust, ActionAid, Save the Children Fund (UK), and UNIFEM (now UN Women), where she managed the South Asia Regional Anti-Trafficking Programme.
Her work focuses on the empowerment and rights of women and children, as well as addressing education, health, and livelihood needs in rural communities. She brings extensive experience in programme management, partnership building, and participatory approaches involving community organisations, NGOs, youth groups, and government stakeholders.
Richa holds an MSc in Social Policy and Planning in Developing Countries from the London School of Economics and a Master’s in Social Work from Delhi University.
