Sristi Joshi Malla

Sristi Joshi Malla is the Senior Coordinator - Women’s Empowerment at HomeNet South Asia, with over two decades of experience working with home-based workers since 2000. From December 2022 to February 2026, she served as the Regional Coordinator of HomeNet South Asia. Previously, she was the Chairperson of SABAH Nepal and a Board Member, serving both roles on a pro bono basis from 2009-2022. Under her leadership, SABAH supported more than 4,000 members toward economic empowerment and gained visibility among prominent national and international dignitaries.

Sristi has remained actively connected with the HomeNet movement since the Kathmandu Declaration (2000) and has served as a Board Member in several regional networks, including Women’s Fund Asia, BEES Network, Global Compact Nepal, and SAWDF. An accomplished speaker and creative leader, she has represented SABAH Nepal and HNSA at international forums and curated landmark initiatives, exhibitions, and cultural showcases. She is also a pioneering stained-glass artist and entrepreneur of Nepal.
